LOCATION: ALPHARETTA, GA
TEMP TO HIRE –60-90 Days
ONSITE: MONDAY-THURSDAY, REMOTE: ON FRIDAY
WORKING HOURS: 7-4PM OR 8-5PM
SALARY $75000

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a skilled team of administrative professionals.
This role provides expert administrative services to the company's Executive leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to the assigned business team.
  • Assist with time management activities, including maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans/itineraries and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Organize programs, events, meetings, and conferences by arranging facilities and catering, preparing agendas, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling budgets.
  • Coordinate incoming calls, correspondence, and visits, prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Act as a department liaison, effectively communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization and external customers, while handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proactively manage steady correspondence by phone and email, responding to requests efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze information to design, edit, and maintain correspondences, presentations, spreadsheets, memos, charts, and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5+ years in an administrative role supporting multiple teams.
  • Ability to function with minimal supervision, handle multiple priority assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently.
  • Energetic self-starter who is proactive and quick to learn new things.
  • High attention to detail, excellent quantitative ability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven history of effectively working on a high-performance team.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and protect confidential information.
