The Critical Care RN Coordinator will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the Central US.
The Critical Care RN Coordinator will report directly to the Critical Care Manager. Supported by tenured charge nurses and multiple ICU nurses, this person will join a fantastic team of dedicated nurses willing to help them learn and grow as a nurse leader.
The Critical Care RN Coordinator will be in charge of overseeing that care provided by nurses is efficient and thorough during their shift. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital. In addition, the position requires collaboration with the Manager and other service line coordinators to achieve the highest level of operational and clinical efficiency that aligns with the hospital’s standards and values. The Critical Care RN Coordinator will also have opportunities to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives.
