As a key member of our critical care services division, this role requires a strong clinical background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage patient care activities.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee the daily activities of the unit, ensuring seamless patient care coordination.
- Manage the flow of patient care activities, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
- Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and primary nursing principles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care and identify areas for improvement.
- Current RN licensure and a minimum of 5 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in directing and overseeing nursing staff.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in cardiovascular intensive care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
