Job Title: Service Desk Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $18- $23/ hr
What’s the Job?
- Provide support for Office 365 (including Teams), Active Directory, and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle password resets in Microsoft environments.
- Address user issues and requests via ServiceNow ticketing systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication.
What’s Needed?
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
- Familiarity with Dell desktops and laptops.
- Background in healthcare is a plus.
