Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

As a Team Leader for Risk Management, you will engage the Digital, Data & Operations divisions (DDO) in the active management of 3rd Party and Resilience risk activities to ensure risks are assessed. The Team Leader is responsible for effectively managing the risks associated with business activities via the execution of firm's Enterprise Risk Management framework for identifying, assessing, treating, mitigating, monitoring, reporting and escalating risks.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of:
  • 3rd Party Risk and Resilience Framework development and deployment, including:
    • Creation of comprehensive framework across DDO which is inclusive of all stages of 3rd party lifecycle (onboarding, ongoing management, resilience, offboarding).
    • Socialization of framework across key stakeholders in DDO.
    • Implementation of framework in multiple stages that accounts for current risk maturity.
    • Ongoing enhancements and iterations of framework.
    • Integration of 3rd Party Risk Management into broader DDO Risk assessment processes.
  • Operate Resiliency oversight program:
    • Regular DDO risk tabletops and resiliency exercises (specific to the DDO organization), in conjunction with Business Resilience and other relevant stakeholder groups, as appropriate.
    • Ensure annual compliance with firm Resiliency requirements by working with DDO leadership.
  • Enhance resilience plans across DDO organization by:
    • Evaluating current plans for feasibility and completeness.
    • Create remediation plans in conjunction with business owners.
    • Drive remediation efforts of the business owners.
    • Better alignment of business processes with resiliency plans to ensure completeness of resiliency program.
  • Manage relationships with firm 3rd Party Risk, Business Resilience, Operational Resilience, Supplier Performance Management, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Development of metrics and insights on 3rd Party Risk and Resilience to be delivered DDO senior leadership.
  • Provide leadership with recommendations for enhancements to overall divisional risk execution and integration of enhancements into ERM Program. Stay informed on organizational and industry risks in areas of responsibility and educational/development opportunities for the team and divisions .
  • Monitor risk management procedural requirements for open high risks and ensures past due action plans are escalated to divisional leadership. Ensure evidence and remediation documentation is adequate and challenges business risk owners on action plan effectiveness.
  • Identify and review emerging risk concerns and provides early warning on key risks with divisional leadership. Work to develop a KRI inventory, reporting, monitoring, and gaining alignment with ERM on risk levels and tolerances.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $113810
Hiring Maximum: $193785

Skills/Requirements

What Experience You'll Need:
  • 7+ years of experience, including :
    • 5+ years of industry or position-related experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (mentoring associates, lead analyst, project leaders, etc.) preferred.

What Could Set You Apart:
  • Experience with Resiliency or 3rd Party Vendor Management.

***Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.***
