Ideal Candidates Will:
- Possess management or sales experience, ideally in a personal service sector such as spas, salons, or fitness centers. Experience in the massage industry is a plus but not mandatory.

- Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and constructive feedback.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational functions, including driving membership growth, promoting retail sales, guiding team efforts, managing financial transactions, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Pursue continuous improvement by establishing goals, prioritizing tasks, and analyzing business outcomes.
- Effectively address customer concerns while maintaining a safe and therapeutic atmosphere.
- Empower team members to develop and advance by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships and foster confidence among employees, clients, and guests.
