Our client, is seeking a Human Resources Asst./Admin Asst.                            The ideal candidate will have strong Human Resources experience having    done onboarding paperwork, verified ID information, Benefits orientation as    well as strong Administrative Assistant experience with inventory management, shipping, mail, vendor management which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Human Resources Asst./Administrative Asst.

Location: Hopewell Junction, NY

Pay Range: 20-25/hr. based on experience                                                     M-Fri 830am-530pm
Approximately 3 months

What’s the Job?
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Implement and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps and documentation are completed within specified timeframes. Utilize AI tools to streamline these processes and enhance efficiency.
• Compliance Management: Oversee I-9 compliance processes, ensuring timely
completion and providing required documentation to new and terminated employees.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits orientation, manage enrollments, process payroll changes, and reconcile benefits statements. Utilize automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• HRIS Management: Ensure employee data within the HRIS is accurate and up-to-date, using AI for trend analysis and data integrity improvements.
• Document Management: Manage employee documents through AI-powered digital filing systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Inventory and Procurement: Oversee the management of office supplies, marketing materials, and physical products using AI-driven tools to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate shipping and receiving processes, utilizing
automated solutions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages and supplies.
• Mail Management: Handle daily mail management, utilizing digital tracking systems to ensure efficient processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Event Coordination: Organize company events, luncheons, and travel arrangements with a focus on creativity and precision, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
• Vendor and Equipment Management: Secure competitive quotes from vendors,
manage company equipment, and ensure optimal resource allocation through AI enhanced strategies.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR or office management roles, with demonstrated proficiency in benefits administration and vendor management.
