We are currently seeking a Client Delivery Executive to join our team in Addison, TX, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
This is a hybrid position so onsite minimum 3 days Tues/Wed/Thurs.
Some key requirements for this position:
- Resource needs to be local to the client - in the Dallas area.
- Resource will work out of the client office. Client mandate is a minimum of 3 days a week in the office (Tue, Wed, Thu).
- This is a multitower account. Resource should be able to work and coordinate with Apps, Infra, BPO practices and lead solutions and proposals for the account.
- The team on the ground is highly experienced and well connected with the client teams. Resource should be able to engage with them well.
- Role will work with the CIO and his directs. Experience/Capability with interacting at the CXO is essential.
- Experience with Insurance L&A is a big plus.
- Min 15+ years of overall experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Client Delivery Executives and practice Service Delivery Managers who drive overall Client Satisfaction, delivery excellence and margin growth for a multi-towered enterprise account.
Protects current revenue and ensures continued business growth by avoiding competitive renewals and cultivating growth opportunities.
- Excel at Client Management, with the ability to grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change and leverage technology for competitive advantage.
- Work collaboratively with Client Executives to develop customer relationships, identify and manage relationship risk, grow account reference-ability.
- Negotiate contracts that are executable and able to deliver SLAs and 'as sold' financial performance.
- Ensure continued revenue growth by protecting current revenue, contributing to portfolio expansion, and avoiding competitive renewals.
- Successfully deliver P&L for a large BFSI account inclusive of revenue, cost, margin, and cost containment goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue/cost/margin forecasts for each account.
- Improve delivery productivity, innovation/automation, delivery transformation, and reduce rework and repeatable incidents for the account portfolio.
- Senior leadership standard requirements for communication, leadership, relationship building, P&L (Revenue of ~50+M), problem solving, etc.
- Hire, coach, and develop talent to achieve growth, profit, NPS and contractual performance goals.
- Manage Sales Enablement - ensure tight integration with delivery teams for delivery led sales initiatives.
- Responsible for sales support and deal accuracy within BFSI
- Partner with BU and Vertical Service Tower Leaders to enhance customer satisfaction, delivery quality and overall portfolio health and growth.
- Recognized as an influential and strategic delivery leader by the client and within NTT DATA
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years overall Experience
- 8+ years Delivery Management
- Multitower Client Delivery account experience able to work and coordinate with Apps, Infra, BPO practices and lead solutions and proposals for the account
- Highly experienced working and engaging with the client teams
- Experience interacting at the CXO and CXP reports is essential
