The Financial Analyst will assist with reporting, analyzing, forecasting, and budgeting. For this role, you should hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Relevant work experience in Accounting, FP&A, or another applicable field is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Analysis - assist in providing in-depth analysis of company performance and effectively communicating findings to relevant leadership team members.
  • Forecasting - use historical trends, market conditions, and other information to assist in the monthly rest of year forecasting process.
  • Financial Planning - assist in the annual long-term financial planning process.
  • Business Partnering - work closely with business partners to help drive improvements that will assist the company in reaching overall financial goals.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects - support evolving initiatives within a fast-growing business.

Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in Accounting, FP&A, or another relevant field
  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related degree
  • Retail industry experience is a plus
  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
  • Willingness to become subject matter expert in area of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
