Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide comprehensive analysis of company performance and effectively communicate insights to relevant leadership.

  • Financial Planning: Assist in the annual long-term financial planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience in the retail sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced spreadsheet functions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to present financial data through detailed reports and visual aids.
  • Willingness to become a subject matter expert in designated areas.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality in managing sensitive financial information.
