Role Summary: The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in reporting, analyzing, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in Accounting, FP&A, or similar fields is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to comprehensive analyses of company performance and effectively communicate insights to the leadership team.
  • Forecasting: Utilize historical data, market trends, and other relevant information to aid in the monthly forecasting process.
  • Financial Planning: Support the annual long-term financial planning initiatives.
  • Business Collaboration: Partner closely with business units to drive improvements that align with the company's financial objectives.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects: Assist with various initiatives within a fast-paced business environment.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar area.
  • Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formula usage.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to present financial data through detailed reports and visual aids.
  • Willingness to become a subject matter expert in assigned responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
