Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Customer Support Professional in Chicago, IL with an active Secret clearance in support of our DEA Bluestone program.

Responsibilities:
  • Installs, configures, and updates Merlin equipment. Installs COMSEC/Taclane equipment. Recommends security and site requirements for Installation, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD) requests
  • Performs system performance analysis, server troubleshooting, account management, thin client and Citrix desktop support, specifications for future equipment, site surveys, and preventative maintenance
  • Updates site documentation
  • Performs IT incident response to resolve end-user issues to a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Supports hardware and software upgrades
  • Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and systems issues and replaces defective components.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's with 2 - 5 years of IT support experience(or commensurate experience)
  • Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance

Posted Pay Range

 

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range: USD $61,850.00 - USD $84,410.00 /Yr.
