Wage: $22-$24/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6am-2:30pm

Entry Level CNC Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe/Mill machines
- Operate two or more machines that perform a series of machining operations such as turning, drilling, boring, threading, and milling to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and verify conformance of workpiece to specifications using measuring instruments
- Consistently check parts per inspection instructions; ensure non-conforming parts are controlled per protocols
- Adjust part dimensions by making offsets, changing inserts, properly center & touch off tools as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Consistently clean and maintain machines and related equipment to ensure optimal conditions for success
- Examine processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain work area cleanliness and organization
- Communicate daily feedback on notable items to the following shift team members at the end of the shift
Entry Level CNC Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of machine shop experience
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Mazak knowledge a plus
- CMM knowledge a plus
- Understand GD&T
- Knowledge of Metrology and different measuring techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Lift 50lbs
