Work you will do: We are seeking a Project Manager to support our pharmaceutical client. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a project in support of the client's Clinical Area. The project manager will be responsible for driving design, data governance, and reporting within the organization.
The PM will become an extension of the client team working closely with stakeholders in the Clinical Area, responsible for driving the delivery of business outcomes via project deliverables, transparent leadership, and partnership with key stakeholders.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accountable for ensuring Work Plans and interdependencies are updated (weekly), accurate, and aligned to all workstreams. Drive completion of tasks with the team.
  • Accountable for ensuring the mid-level plan (MLP) aligns with work plans, key activities, and interdependencies.
  • Accountable for ensuring Resource Plans are updated (weekly), accurate, and aligned to all workstreams. Facilitating periodic reviews of resource plans with DRIs.
  • Accountable for proactively identifying and managing CRAID (Changes, Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log.
  • Responsible for project governance, escalation, and overall meeting cadence.
  • Ensure project status is updated in accordance with PMO review meeting cadence.
  • Work closely with PMO leader and Business Stakeholders on communications and key meetings, agenda setting, coordination, consolidation/creation of materials, follow-ups, etc.
Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience with Clinical Data, Modeling, and Simulation domains.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's Degree is required in the area of Computer Science, Data Science
  • Strong and Relevant Clinical Data experience
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience is required
  • EST required. The position can be remote, but folks are open to 1 time a month onsite preferred.
