The Manager of Development and Volunteer Services reports to the Executive Director of Development and Outreach and is responsible for leading a robust volunteer program that provides effective support to various departments in the organization and results in meaningful volunteer experiences. This includes working with department directors to identify appropriate placement and oversight for volunteers. This position also provides managerial-level support for all development, philanthropy, and grant writing responsibilities in the organization.

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with diverse personalities while employing professionalism, diplomacy, tact, maturity, and flexibility.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
