Pinstripes currently has thirteen locations four surrounding the Chicago area, Minneapolis MN, Georgetown DC, Kansas City KS, Bethesda MD, Fort Worth TX, Cleveland OH, Houston TX, San Mateo CA, and Norwalk CT.

**Recruiting For: Event Sales Manager**

The Role of an Event Sales Manager is to Dream Big and to Chase that Dream The Sales Manager has a solid understanding of the sales process and how to close a sale. An excellent understanding of all markets: weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate, and social. The Event Sales Manager is responsible for both inbound and outbound sales, as well as meeting/exceeding event sales goals.

The Event Sales Manager responsibilities include Lead Generation, working directly with Clients to create Proposals and Bookings, Detailing Banquet Event Orders, and Managing Finances. Pinstripes offers many types of Events such as Birthdays, Graduations, Weddings, Mitzvahs, Corporate Meetings, and Corporate Team Buildings. The Event Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales and works with the rest of the sales team at the specific location.

We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to keeping Guests as our Core Focus, Driving Sales, and Consistently Delivering High Quality service to our Guests.

**Responsibilities:**

* Follows the Quarterly Event Sales Strategy set by DOS and Chief Sales Officer

* Drive New Business and Build Repeat Business

* Build clientele to grow event business, and refer catering clientele/leads to CSM

* Understand all Event & Catering Packages and Options

* Utilizes the Marketing Tools to gain leads

* Understand competitors and how to win against them

* Maintain a Guest-Centered Focus when interacting

* Utilize Salesforce CRM to understand key reporting and KPI tracking

* Follow SOPs to ensure proper BEO detailing

* Create positive guest experience before, during, and after the booking process

**Requirements:**

* Previous High-Volume Sales Experience (2+ Years) preferably in hospitality, restaurant, and/or entertainment venue

* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure

* Extremely Organized and Efficient

* Attention to Detail

* Self-motivated

* Flexible in approach, can readily adopt to business and team needs and changes

* Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail)

* Previous CRM usage preferred

* Excellent Communication Skills
