Position Overview:
As the Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the operations of a designated store, focusing on building and maintaining a high-performing and diverse team, including Assistant Managers and Sales Leads.
Your role will encompass ensuring exceptional guest service and effective merchandise presentation while aligning with our company’s vision and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate strategies to enhance sales and meet objectives.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective product management and communicate inventory needs to the corporate team.
- Manage payroll and profit margins within established parameters.
- Foster strong relationships with venue partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Set and execute both short-term and long-term business goals in collaboration with senior management.
- Guide the store team to achieve financial targets, sales goals, and operational objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a talented workforce.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service are consistently met.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management is required. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A robust background in retail sales and merchandising.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic leadership capabilities with a focus on staff motivation and performance.
- Understanding of guest service programs and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds may be necessary.
