The Sr. Manager of Strategic Programs in the Commercial Products Group (CPG) is responsible for driving key projects and programs that will help with bringing about improvements to the business, position us to be more competitive in the market, and grow our revenue profitably In this role, you will work with leaders within the CPG business and with stakeholders across Micron. Your extensive leadership and communication skills will influence executives and leaders across the company regarding the need to support initiatives that are specific to the Channel customers. You will collaborate with leaders from Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, and IT. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders and partners to envision and build out initiatives aimed at growing revenue profitably. Serve as a leader with vision in the area of program management, evangelizing best practices and providing guidance to teams across the business group. Collate, vet, and prioritize requirements from across the business group that can then be presented in forums for resourcing and final project approval. Provide leadership for existing and ongoing programs. Establish vital forums to ensure compliance with established programs, with documented reports of findings and actions to correct non-compliance issues. Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. Exceptional teamwork and collaboration with other groups, both internally and externally. Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups within and outside the business group. Sound business insight along with an understanding of key business functions - specifically operations and IT. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Business. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Project/Program Management. Direct people management experience.
