Position Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is tasked with overseeing daily Human Resource operations for the employees within the designated region. This encompasses employee relations, recruitment and selection, HR compliance, onboarding, record maintenance, training and development, compensation, and performance management.

*This role is hybrid, and candidates should be located in the relevant area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR support, process expertise, guidance, and consultation to both employees and management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and senior HR partners on strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Foster positive employee relations and cultivate trust with employees and managers.
  • Advise functional leadership on HR policies, processes, and complex employee matters, while also coaching employees on management, career growth, personal leadership, and assessments.
  • Consult with local and functional leaders on organizational assessments, succession planning, and workforce management to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure the alignment of HR processes.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee relations and provide resolution recommendations.
  • Manage escalations to address client inquiries and issues as necessary.
  • Work alongside the Corporate HR team to define and implement standardized processes and improvements.
  • Exhibit success in translating business strategies into actionable organizational and HR strategies.
  • Possess comprehensive HR experience, demonstrating a thorough understanding of all HR functions.
  • Experience navigating a complex organizational structure.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving positive outcomes and illustrating how HR programs and policies have contributed to organizational growth and cultural transformation.
  • Adhere to fair employment laws and practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education:
Minimum requirement: High School diploma or GED.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources.

Additional Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing individual contributors.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of social media.
  • Training proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license required for off-site travel.
  • Travel commitment is approximately 25%.
  • Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred.

  • Use of hands and fingers for handling and controlling objects.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Individual pay is determined by geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
