The Director of Outpatient Services is a key leadership position responsible for the strategic management and development of the Outpatient Services/Partial Hospitalization Program at Alliance Health Center. This role requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills to assess, develop, and implement program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions for all Outpatient Programming.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and strategic management of the Outpatient Services/Partial Hospitalization Program
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical staff to develop and implement program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions
- Assess and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Support an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practice the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups
- Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- Minimum of Master's Degree in a Social Science field (ex. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.), with a professional license in Mississippi required
- Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity
- Appropriate State Licensure in Mental Health and/or proper certification in field of expertise or license eligible
- Strong management and team building skills
- Ability to maintain a budget and develop and maintain the management of a nursing unit
