In coordination with the team at Triad, develop and implement a program of work and strategy for making projects happen safely, successfully, and within budgeted materials and man hours. Plan ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur. Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed. Regularly conduct safety inspections on job sites. Ensure the project schedule and timelines are being followed. Oversee and direct work of foremen, lead men, and other crew members. Job Requirements: Strong work ethic Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle report Legally eligible to work in the United States The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
