Job Summary

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our commercial roofing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of single-ply roofing systems, ensuring quality control, and leading a team of experienced roofers.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of roofers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute roofing projects
  • Train and coach roofers on new techniques and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain job site cleanliness and organization
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
