This position is responsible for being the point of contact for customers with technical questions about our products or those needing warranty support.

Immediate opening for a Technical Warranty and Support in Lowell, AR who possesses: 1 year of technical experience preferred, but not required.

Multimeter experience preferred, but not required.

Experience with DC voltage preferred, but not required.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and ability to be on the phone with customers most of the day.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, remain cool and collected, apply critical thinking principles, and remain flexible.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Ability to multitask on the phone and email while looking up system information.

Expected to act promptly to report any rule violations, threats to workplace safety and security to your manager. Maintain confidentiality of all conversations, events, etc. that occur.

To do your work in an enthusiastic and effective manner.

Maintain a good working relationship with your co-workers and act as a positive role model. Exhibit patience with employees when assisting to solve their concerns, requests or questions.

Ensure we provide a safe work environment.

Valid Drivers License.

Travel as needed.

Passport or the ability to obtain one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Primary point of contact for customers with technical questions about our products or those needing warranty support.

Assist customers via phone or email.

Issue RMAs (Return Material Authorization) to Customers.

Documenting tech calls using company software.

Determining warranty eligibility based upon terms of warranty policy.

Testing and/or repairs to RMA returns.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
