About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Government Administrative Coordinator to join our team as an Executive Assistant (Confidential). The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our City Council members and other senior staff, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to City Council members and other senior staff
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle sensitive correspondence
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
  • Ability to type at a corrected rate of 50 net words per minute
  • Possession of a valid Class C California Driver's License
