Requirements

Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or financial services industry Strong strategic thinking skills In-depth understanding of distribution environment, content, tools, and training Proficiency in content management and learning management systems like Seismic and Allego Ability to establish internal relationships with distribution, product, and marketing teams Excellent communication skills Quick learner with a drive for achieving results

Responsibilities

Collaboration and Execution:

Collaborate with leaders to implement sales enablement strategies with stakeholders Establish trust with distribution representatives

Onboarding And Support

Assist in onboarding new and existing reps on platforms like Seismic, Allego, and social media for business growth Aid in the preparation and distribution of relevant materials for product and service launches

Training And Development

Work with training leads to create effective onboarding and training programs for representatives Utilize data and analytics to demonstrate ROI and key performance indicators for continuous improvement of enablement strategies

Software Management And Enhancement

Maintain accessibility and functionality of enablement software for sellers' needs Drive strategic initiatives to enhance tool capabilities, particularly data and automation in CRM systems

Marketing Collaboration

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop interactive materials using enablement platforms such as Seismic LiveDocs and interactive experiences
