Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Enablement Content Specialist within our cross-border division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross-Border line of business, which is located in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating content globally for the Sales Enablement team, with a focus on sales-specific copy, which is specifically targeted and persona-based across a wide variety of industries. This individual has no direct reports but offers indirect leadership and support to the various sales leaders across the organization. This position reports to the Global Director of the department and regularly collaborates with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in each region. How We Work

As a Sales Enablement Content Specialist, you will be expected to work in either a remote or hybrid environment, depending upon your location and a local office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Monthly home internet stipend Role Responsibilities Work with the global sales team leaders to create and develop net new, sales-related, persona-based, and specifically targeted content for the sales organizations across North America, EMEA, and APAC Generate emails, top-of-funnel sales content, templates, and “salesy” type copy across a variety of enablement platforms, including Salesloft, Seismic, and even Outlook Craft messaging for salespeople who prospect new clients, which is directly focused on identifying and then solving an industry-specific problem Establish the “sales voice” for each industry, and work closely with subject matter experts across internal organizations to streamline the Corpay Cross-Border narrative Collect and solicit feedback from sales leaders to better streamline all content and communication Contribute to the overall strategy of generating new business leads with targeted content Draft and develop new educational materials, presentations, etc. that support the organization’s sales objectives and all training initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive strategy for seller training, engagement and enablement to measure success Build out a content library for Salesloft cadences and templates, including training materials, for use by salespeople across all regions Partner with Sales, Product, & Marketing to ensure content is structured in a way that allows for easy adoption and is aligned with the go-to-market strategies for each vertical Monitor and evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of the sales content via A/B testing and internal dashboards Work cross-functionally with other key content stakeholders on best practices, along with standardization of key industry concepts and terminology Have a thorough understanding of all the business content, products, services, and how the sales organizations sell across different industries Strive to improve enablement programs by identifying new content opportunities and exploring creative ways to help salespeople increase their level of engagement with prospects and clients Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, Media & Journalism, Professional and Technical Writing, Linguistics, Marketing, or a related field 5-7 years of professional experience as a sales enablement content specialist or equivalent Successful track record of generating strong sales-related content with the ability to develop compelling materials which are tailored to meet the needs of sales and the business Proven content strategy and project management experience across multiple stakeholders and/or regions A passion for storytelling and an ability to communicate succinctly and effectively Experience and comfortability working with sales leaders on communication initiatives with an understanding of how sales and marketing content differ Ability to confidently present to and interact with sales leaders to influence and gain support, input and approvals Must embrace a sales-driven culture and results-driven environment Excellent oral and written communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills Must be a self-motivated with an aptitude to create and promote new methods, approaches, and ideas Previous experience working within the payments industry, either domestically or internationally is a huge plus About the Company:
