Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to support company-wide Community initiatives
  • Develop and manage production plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project tracking to ensure timely delivery of outcomes within Strategy, quality, time and budget
  • Implement processes for scope definition, requirements gathering, risk management and delivery
  • Work with technical project managers to consolidate technical and non-technical timelines and dependencies
  • Maintain the team roadmap and backlog
  • Establish visibility mechanisms for both teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure deliverables across the projects meet both creative and technical goals
  • Continuously improve and implement project management processes, tools, and standards.
  • Regularly evaluate operational health of key projects identifying and implementing solutions for areas that need additional attention or resources.
  • Run retrospectives and ensure organizational learn is operationalized

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working on projects of strategic importance, with visibility to leadership teams and senior stakeholders
  • 4+ designing and driving processes for Publishing, Marketing or other types of creative teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure out nebulous spaces
  • Experience translating complex information into structured recommendations and rallying teams to drive change
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing delivery of a cross-functional, multi-workstream program in a business to consumer environment
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Able to effectively collaborate with peers in other functions and with colleagues in other businesses

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary publishing technical and non-technical teams
  • Held positions that has required you to exercise great discretion as it relates to confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience designing and driving large-scale transformation programs
  • Experience with change management in large scale organizations
  • Experience with Agile project management
  • Project Management certifications

Pay Rate: $80/hr W2 - 94/hr W2
