Salary: $19/hr

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Creating Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing lists for intercompany transfers and sales orders to customers.
• Creating work orders in coordination with department supervisors.
• Assisting pickers/packers/receivers with issues they encounter in their daily processes.
• Inspecting inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Routing inbound and outbound materials.
• Attending daily meetings to communicate and establish priorities.
• Using computer systems and Microsoft Suite for data management.
• Driving a forklift (experience required).
• Multitasking effectively and managing time efficiently.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Possess knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Have experience with database processes and usage.
• Are willing to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Can lift packages to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Have the ability to work overtime hours when necessary.
