Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently and accurately. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring that all items are accounted for and in good condition.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately, preparing them for shipment to customers or retail locations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that products are stored in the correct locations and are easily accessible.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize products as needed.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth warehouse operations.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are preferred.
