Description:
  • Technical consultant to a project or a number of projects dealing with ServiceNow.
  • Skilled and experienced with 4 years in Technology Business Management (TBM) or IT Financial Management (ITFM).
  • Providing guidance and solutions to clients; helping them optimize their IT cost management and align technology investments with business goals using TBM/ITFM methodologies.
  • Support in-depth assessments of clients’ IT Finance and management practices, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable IT Finance initiatives and deliverables within a project.
  • Participate/support product demos, training sessions, and executive briefings to educate clients on TBM/ITFM concepts, benefits, implementation progress, and best practices.
  • Provides consulting and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develops and facilitates discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and facilitates process improvement meetings.
  • Proposes, tailors, and develops quality/process re-engineering improvement efforts (to include the applicable documentation) to provide return-on-investment or operational improvement.
  • Conducts benchmarking, activity modeling, and surveys.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and quantifies performance data and measurements.
  • Able to gather data and work with technical subject matter experts.
  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
  • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
  • Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Experience:
  • Prior experience on a scrum team.
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
  • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques.
  • Experience managing technical debt and leading Spring retrospectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the product owner to refine requirements.
  • Desired experience working in Continuous Integration (CI) DevOps environments.
  • Ability to work with and lead a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Must meet degree and years of experience criteria below:
    • High School Diploma/ GED with at least 10 years experience.
    • Associates Degree with at least 8 years of experience.
    • Bachelors Degree with at least 6 years of experience.
    • Masters Degree with at least 4 years of experience.
    • PhD with at least 2 years of experience.
Required Certifications:
  • ITIL.
  • Proven Optics Certification.
