Overview:

Serigor Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of our business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Process Design: Design and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements to ensure that new processes meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  4. Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our business processes.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that new processes are implemented successfully.

Requirements:

  1. 8-10 years of experience as a business process analyst with a proven track record of improving business processes.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with data intense software development, requirements gathering and documentation, managing client relationships, business process analysis, project management software, software development life cycle.
  2. Knowledge of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and familiarity with FERPA requirements.
  3. Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Technologies: MS Office, Vizio, knowledge of Smartsheets, TFS, GitLab, or Jira is a plus.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.

Skills:

  1. 11 years of business analysis experience.

  9. Experience developing System Requirements Specification (SRS).
  10. Strong communication skills - ability to articulate technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audience both verbally and in writing.
