Description

General Statement of Responsibility: to provide customer service and support to Crosswinds Counseling EAP and School Contract partners. Work with the Business Development team in expanding the current sales funnel and opportunities. Work with Crosswinds Counseling's Operational, Clinical, and Finance teams to ensure quality of service and client experience. All team members are expected to be active and positive members of the Crosswinds Counseling team while growing personally and professionally and helping and encouraging others to grow as well.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

•Assist the Business Development team in the creation, management, and renewing of EAP and School contracts.

•Assist the Business Development team in the creation and managing of other business opportunities.

•Enter business updates into the CRM system.

•Partner with Crosswinds Communications and the Leadership team in managing and monitoring the sales funnel.

•Attend and participate in Business Development meetings.

•Communicate clearly and promptly to internal and external business development needs and issues.

•Assist the clinical team in scheduling and setting up seminar opportunities.

•Track, manage, and provide EAP and School utilization reports and other reports as requested or needed.

•Reach out to EAP business partners for EAP additional session requests.

•Proofing and adjusting monthly invoices for EAP and School contract partners, working in conjunction with Crosswinds Counseling finance department.

Required Education and Experience:

•A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications:

•A minimum of 2 years of related experience is preferred
