Influencer Marketing Specialist

Our client, a premier / leading beauty and skincare brand is seeking a Influencer Marketing Specialist to become a key member of their internal marketing team.


As a Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, focusing on driving brand engagement and growth through innovative social media strategies and influencer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the digital world and eager to learn and grow in the field of social media and influencer marketing.


Core Responsibilities Include:


Influencer Partnership Coordination:

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential influencer partners.
  • Coordinate the sending of mailers and promotional materials to influencers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with influencers to ensure successful collaboration.


Social Media Coordination:

  • Support the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Twitter / X, Facebook).
  • Monitor social media trends and provide insights on emerging platforms and opportunities.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.


Content and Campaign Support:

  • Assist in creating influencer briefs and campaign strategies.
  • Contribute to content creation and curation for social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign performance and social media engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights as it relates to social media.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
