Influencer Marketing Specialist

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at TikTok, you will be responsible for developing and executing holistic marketing plans to promote music partnerships. This involves leveraging in-platform and off-platform activities to increase visibility and motivation for the music partnership team's deal signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute influencer marketing plans that work cross-functionally with A&R, Artist Partnerships, and artist management teams to deliver content and influencer strategy for artists and music promotion campaigns.
- Select and target the right segments of creators based on campaign needs, specifying campaign briefs and designing incentive plans to improve influencers' activeness on music promotion platforms.
- Analyze campaign data to make decisions during the full-cycle track promotion and take care of track performance and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop product-level solutions to improve creator participation and efficiency of creator marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant music industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience at digital music technology companies, digital marketing agencies, or MCNs.
- Good understanding of TikTok's content ecosystem, influencer marketing, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, project management skills, and data analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks, plan and deliver on tight deadlines, and pay outstanding attention to detail.
