What’s a typical day as a Call Center Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
  • Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries
  • Conducting research to resolve inquiries
  • Ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries
  • Initiating or processing adjustments and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems
  • Providing feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions, and needs
  • Maintaining accurate records on complaints and making recommendations for changes to management
  • Maintaining basic knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies
  • Assisting with process improvements and training of new employees

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least 2 years of call center experience and/or 1 year of claims processing experience or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience
