Role Highlights: Industry: Call Center, Customer Service, Health Insurance Employment Type: 6-month contract-to-Direct Placement Location: Columbia, SC – Candidates must live within 30 minutes of location Role Benefits: Benefits available on the first day and frequent company events for employees. 401k matching after contract period. Attendance & Metrics bonus A Day in the Role: Handle about 50-80 inbound calls per day, sometimes outbound depending on the situation. Handle inbound calls from customers. Receive and answer questions regarding their insurance policy. Role Requirements: Must have 1 year in call center experience or high call volume. Must have at least a high school diploma or GED Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency Problem solver / comfortable handling de-escalations Able to multitask and prioritize when it comes to multiple complex projects or queues.
