Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inquiries and account updates.
- Ensure swift and accurate handling of borrower inquiries in a high-volume call center environment, meeting quality assurance and key performance expectations.
- Process customer applications and maintain accurate records, adhering to department procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Protect client and customer data, maintaining the highest levels of privacy and security.
- Must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Must not be in default on any Federal Student Loans or defaulted loans guaranteed by the federal government.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must possess a friendly and professional speaking voice and patient demeanor.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Six months of Contact Center or Customer Service experience; one year preferred.
- Outstanding Attendance and Punctuality.
- Ability to Provide Excellent Customer Service.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Excellent Time Management and Multi-tasking Skills.
- Strong Computer Skills.
