Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inquiries and account updates.
  • Ensure swift and accurate handling of borrower inquiries in a high-volume call center environment, meeting quality assurance and key performance expectations.
  • Process customer applications and maintain accurate records, adhering to department procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Protect client and customer data, maintaining the highest levels of privacy and security.
Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • Must not be in default on any Federal Student Loans or defaulted loans guaranteed by the federal government.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must possess a friendly and professional speaking voice and patient demeanor.
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Six months of Contact Center or Customer Service experience; one year preferred.
  • Outstanding Attendance and Punctuality.
  • Ability to Provide Excellent Customer Service.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Excellent Time Management and Multi-tasking Skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
