Details:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to understand customer needs and ensure timely and effective support throughout the entire sales and project lifecycle.

As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams, including product development, and will be involved in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing day-to-day support and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Handle the full sales experience from pricing, costing, and quoting, to negotiating and ensuring after-market product support when necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, to meet customer expectations and project goals.
  • Project Management: Lead up to 5-10 active projects, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time and within agreed-upon terms.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders once a project has been won.
  • SAP & Excel: Utilize SAP and Excel for managing contracts, quotes, and other project-related tasks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver projects with transparency and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in customer relationship management and cross-functional project management.
  • Expertise in pricing, costing, negotiation, and quoting ("cradle-to-grave" product lifecycle experience).
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and establish trust with internal and external teams.
  • A background in the automotive industry is required.
