Join us at Clinitiative Health Research, where your expertise will help shape the future of clinical trials worldwide.Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in obtaining clinical research site clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that expand our client base, enhance our market presence, and contribute to our overall growth objectives.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract new clinical research sites to our network. Meet and exceed sales objectives. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for further collaboration. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies accordingly. Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote our services and forge new relationships. Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that highlight our unique offerings and successes. Work closely with the operational and clinical teams to ensure that client expectations are met and to facilitate smooth start-up and management of clinical trials. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. As required, mentor and manage a team of sales professionals, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and fostering career development. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide input into service development and improvement based on client feedback and industry trends. RequirementsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing significant accounts. Strong understanding of the clinical research and development process, particularly the operational and regulatory aspects of clinical trials. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving them towards meeting or exceeding targets. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and lead from the front. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools.
