Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Director of Business Development at the National Tax Resource Group. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand market share. They will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies. This role is located in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Experience in the marketing and sales in the property tax consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred

Base pay package with heavy incentives, full benefits including health, dental and vision, 401K plan.
