We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager of security solutions to join our team. You will analyze new and complex cyber security related problems and help bring innovative solutions to market. Your role within a start-up balances strategic alignment and tactical execution. Day to day, you will communicate with customers and work with engineering teams to prioritize capabilities, clarify requirements, assure excellent UX and iterate on a software as a service solution. You will manage towards the product’s key success metrics and work with engineering to assure engineering projects meet their business objectives. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement in product management and product development processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Be an expert on the customer problems and environment.
  2. Define and clarify requirements, build roadmaps, and prioritize capabilities.
  3. Deliver, with engineering, complete experiences that result in scalable security outcomes.
  4. Drive decisions based on data, market research, and experience.
  5. Align and communicate the strategic and tactical product direction.
  6. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and develop innovative solutions.
  7. Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and customer needs.
  8. Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management or a related role, with at least 3 years in security companies.
  2. Influenced and shipped product within a zero to $10M ARR product.
  3. Proven track record working against tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  4. Experience conceptualizing and shipping security products.
  5. Proven track record of successfully leading significant projects.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
