The Gastrointestinal Account Executive is a front-line sales executive responsible for profitable growth in geographic area for specialized sales of the Gastrointestinal/Gastro Urology laboratory testing services of Quest Diagnostics. This is a field-based sales role covering the East Region. Responsible for supporting the AmeriPath/Quest practices by attaining sales targets Aligned, deployed around the core AmeriPath/Quest businesses which includes clinical, hereditary cancer testing, and tissue services for various call points Drive sales in assigned territory through targeting, pipeline development, growth of existing accounts, new lead generation and closes, and business development activities Effectively use productivity and marketing tools in the sales process. Primary responsibility is to drive growth in GI/URO physician practices through custom pathology solutions including digital pathology, AI, and traditional pathology. Owns the clinical testing in the call point which would include hereditary genetic solutions (e.g.: GI and Lynch Syndrome, GU and BRCA) Partner with PAE on clinical solutions RequiredWorkExperience: Five or more years lab, diagnostics, or medical sales experience Track record of successful medical sales Experience selling to healthcare professionals Demonstrated success managing customer relationships Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes Demonstrated subject matter expertise in anatomic pathology, oncology, molecular oncology, gastrointestinal, gastro urology and related cancer testing services Knowledge: Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.
