Responsibilities:
Quality assurance (QA) is a systematic process of ensuring that the HR operations of an organization meet the standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance. QA can help HR professionals improve their performance, identify and resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Receive all monthly paperwork for the client files by the 5th of every month
- Check documents received for completeness and required signatures and prepare a report of all missing or incomplete documentation
- Assist with completion of file audits and purging of files
- Data entry and creating spreadsheets
- Security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Create spreadsheets
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self motivated with great time management skills
- Professional with excellent written and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Power Point, Excel, One Note, Teams, Zoom, DocuSign
- Valid Driver's License
- 2 years administrative/quality assurance experience
- This position also requires the completion of training/certification in CPR/First Aid
- The successful completion of a criminal history and child registry background are required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.00-$18.00 per hour
