Job Description

As a Fulfillment Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's registered agent division. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately receiving shipments, sorting mail, packing, and shipping packages to specified locations. Your work will directly impact the products and services delivered to customers while helping optimize operations.

On a daily basis, you will follow established processes to document, sort, pack, and ship customer materials. You will monitor mail flow, investigate disruptions, and submit claims as needed. Maintaining office security and safeguarding sensitive information will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you may assist in developing improved processes and implementing new technologies to enhance productivity and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

Document, sort, pack, and ship customer materials following company processes
Document and properly handle non-customer mail per guidelines
Monitor mail flow and investigate/resolve any disruptions
Open cases, contact vendors, submit refunds/claims as required
Ensure office security and protect confidential information
Support process/technology improvements to boost efficiencies
Maintain high productivity while exhibiting speed and accuracy

Required Experience/Skills

3+ years of experience in high-volume production, fulfillment, legal or service environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong ethics with desire for professional/personal growth
Ability to work overtime, including holidays, as needed
Proficient with Google Suite applications
Reliable high-speed internet (for remote employees)

Nice-to-Haves

Background or interest in legal technology/innovation
Experience using productivity/automation tools
Exposure to developing or documenting processes
