KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently fulfill customer orders while delivering exceptional service.
• Craft beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace in both the beverage and preparation areas.
• Maintain adequate inventory of all necessary supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must successfully complete the required background checks.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume café or food service environment.
• 6-12 months of barista experience with hands-on brewing equipment.
• Experience with manual espresso machines is preferred.
• Understanding of sanitation standards and regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
• Ability to remain composed during busy periods.
• Proven reliability and excellent attendance record.
• Team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate in a compact workspace.
• Possession of a valid Food Handler's card.
• A genuine enthusiasm for coffee.
