Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle policy options, changes, audits, and reinstatements. Process requests from policy owners and other departments.
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and mail. Use service recovery strategies to resolve issues and explain policy benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Telememo and MS Access. Verify customer identity and adhere to SOX controls.
  • Build rapport with clients, providing a positive and professional experience. Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements:
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or business administration with financial functions. Experience corresponding with international clients preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong numerical ability; excellent communication skills; ability to interpret insurance policies and regulations.
  • Attributes: Professionalism, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a quick learner.
