Key Responsibilities:
- Handle policy options, changes, audits, and reinstatements. Process requests from policy owners and other departments.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and mail. Use service recovery strategies to resolve issues and explain policy benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Telememo and MS Access. Verify customer identity and adhere to SOX controls.
- Build rapport with clients, providing a positive and professional experience. Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or business administration with financial functions. Experience corresponding with international clients preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong numerical ability; excellent communication skills; ability to interpret insurance policies and regulations.
- Attributes: Professionalism, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a quick learner.
