Operations Project Manager

The Operations Project Manager will primarily lead the residential, commercial and distributions businesses' operations projects. Proven experience in the insulation or building materials industry is valuable. This position will involve collaborating with cross functional operations and corporate teams. The ideal candidate is a Project Manager with solid experience in the residential, commercial, mechanical, and industrial insulation and building materials industry. The candidate will lead the project management and delivery of multiple projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Directly manages projects' delivery, including scope and schedule.
  • Ability to function as the project lead for all sizes of projects, including having interaction related to all functional tasks associated with the project.
  • Supports the pursuit of new projects in concert with the Regional Leadership Team, including developing the approach and scope and providing input on budget.
  • Provides input on developing TopBuild's operations guidelines and standards.

Your Qualifications

Your Experience
  • Minimum Degree: Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • The successful candidate should have 5+ years project management expertise and an in-depth understanding of residential, commercial and distribution business operations.
  • PMO experience (PMP Certification preferred)
