Operations Project Leader

The Operations Project Leader will primarily oversee the operational projects for residential, commercial, and distribution sectors. Experience in the insulation or building materials industry is highly beneficial. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional operations and corporate teams. The ideal candidate is a Project Manager with extensive experience in residential, commercial, mechanical, and industrial insulation and building materials. The candidate will spearhead the project management and execution of multiple initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee project delivery, including scope and timelines.
  • Act as the project lead for projects of all sizes, engaging in all functional tasks associated with the project.
  • Assist in pursuing new projects alongside the Regional Leadership Team, including developing approaches, scopes, and providing budget insights.
  • Contribute to the development of TopBuild's operational guidelines and standards.
Your Skills
  • Strong project management capabilities.

Your Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • A valid driver's license is required if operating a Company Vehicle.
Your Experience
  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree.
  • The successful candidate should possess over 5 years of project management experience and a comprehensive understanding of residential, commercial, and distribution business operations.
  • PMO experience (PMP Certification preferred).
