- Develop strategic partnerships with Business leaders and provide thought leadership regarding change management, organizational strategy and execution that's aligned with business strategies. Provides insight to practices, behaviors, skill requirements, organizational structure, and processes effecting the work environment and ability to achieve goals. Use this information, supported by data, to develop and execute HR strategies that focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, human capital planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Provide innovative solutions that leverage your organizational design and organizational effectiveness skills to maximize business results through our people.
- Establish, build and maintain positive relationships with COEs and HR Shared Services to ensure all elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs; this includes implementation of HR programs, relationship management and service delivery commitments. li>
- Work as the ambassador of the HR organization to represent the services and resources available to employees and help lead the collective reputation of the HR organization as a whole.ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
