LHH is currently assisting a client in Indianapolis, IN with their search for an experienced Executive Assistant.


As Executive Assistant, you will support various departments and their leaders with day to day administration and business operations tasks.


Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and material for meetings.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and on-and-off-site functions.
  • Manage calendars and assist with conference room set up for meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Order and maintain supplies, handle expense reporting, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Maintain tracking documents, manage large mailings, and handle conference registrations.
  • Handle general correspondence, access medical publication sites, support board meetings, and coordinate projects.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of executive administrative support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, and time management
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to work in high volume fast paced environments
  • Tech Savvy
